Should we heed Socrates in this day and age?

Those who are familiar with the realm of the platonic forms and of the principle of sufficient reason would be wise to heed the doctrines found in the Bhagavad Gita and the way of the Self, especially in the midst of a society that prides itself on its liberty.

The world is not as it seems as so many have come to be aware of, but most who presume that all who walk around with a human likeness are inherently identical in their psychic development and function are incorrect.  This discrepancy has been unheeded for too long, and will continue to fetter and crucify the ignorant with impossible demands until such is fully realized and contradicted by those with the capability to do so.

The Right Hand Path is akin to the path of Tradition, whereas the Left Hand Path is akin to the travels of Odysseus.  If either path is undertaken by the grace of God or in the Ancient Greek or Other Pantheon Traditions by the grace of the 'gods', then such will lead to one's liberation or full spiritual development in this life in preparation for what is to come.

Those who Understand the Vital Interests of the Maintenance of One's own Liberty and the Value that attends such a privilege are zealous to defend its maintenance, and those who fear God and Value their own Self Will be Zealous to Determine the Preservation of such a Way of Life.

Wherefore my counsel is that we hold fast ever to the heavenly way and follow after justice and virtue always, considering that the soul is immortal and able to endure every sort of good and every sort of evil. Weightiness of words is a lost concept in the flighty and impetuous day in which we live.
